12 of MeCa’s finest dove head-first into Monday, and ascended Capital Hill to lobby the great Senator from the piedmont of North Carolina. The Thang was the same as it has been for more Mondays than I can remember – run up and down Senator Royal, AMRAP. Some started early, some started late. Everybody got in 2 laps, most got in 3. All got stronger. TClaps men.

    I was glad that so many other guys chose to conquer this hill this morning. I was worried that I would be there alone since I hadn’t heard what all the BRR guys were doing. It was great to pull in the parking lot and see so many cars.

    Thanks for meeting me after my third trip up the hill @man down. It was helpful to be greeted by someone after running up that thing for the third time, especially since this was my first time doing 3. Felt good!

    Good work out there men! Finally got the 3 full laps in today as well. Glad the temps were cooler this morning and thankful for seeing the blinky lights and headlamps pushing me along.

    Had fun today guys! Great work everyone! Not sure who I was running with when the deer came out after us, but it was funny. Some of the deer looked like coyotes and made me run want to run a little bit faster up that hill
