Used Watley wall to do an incline merkin hold while the partner runs to the EV lot and back… swap and repeato.
Same with tricep dip hold on the wall.

THE THANG:

Tried to prove that ladders could be done without needing Marquette :grinning:

In the painalty box started with a mini ladder of 1-2-3 merkins while the rest are waiting as wall chairs with arms in front.

Moseyed to the front of the school with a couple of 12 to 2 ladders by 2s on the way.
1. 12 CDD on one end of the straight with 2 Beaver moons on the other… swap and change count by 2.
2. Same format with WW2s and 4 count LBCs on other side.

Picked up coupons and did 12 curls, skull crushers and blue collar presses. Repeat.

Put those back and worked our way back to launch site with more ladders. Same concept of 12 to 2 by 2s.
1. SSH on one end and Smurf Jacks the other while side shuffling over and back.
2. Squats and lunges while quadraphilia back and forth.
