WARMUP:

Moseyed over to HRMS parking lot for some of the usual warmups and running around.

THE THANG:

Moseyed down Marquette stopping for 10 SSH at each light. At the end of the cul de sac we commenced 10 merkins at the top of the hill 10 squats at the bottom. Just 5 rounds maybe 5 and a half maybe 6, lost count.

Then we worked our way down the greenway, stopping for WWII’s and lunge walks at each location marker. Starting with N = 15, we did N WWII’s with N = (preceding N-2) This is called a recursive formula, right ti ?

Finally we aided and abetted Detention in getting the logs from their hiding spot to his truck.
