WARMUP: some may say an uninspired jaunt through the teacher lot do various line exercises with numbers that had no real rhyme or reason. Found our way to Draco for some of the usuals.
THE THANG: hop a fence and hit the school grounds. Partner up. p1 run to lights and back P2 exercise. 2 round of each exercise
Squats, step ups, swerkins, dips
Mosey to playground and continue with a run around the playground as timer. Demons, dips, step ups
Grab a block per partner and head to freshly painted hoops course.
P1 run length of 2 courts and quadraphelia back. SP, curls, taint tappers, URR, smell crushers, etc
Return blocks and casually exit an unlocked gait
