Six of Harrisburg’s most adventurous gathered in the brisk but dry early Spring gloom to put some rubber to the road and get a little better.

WARMUP: Get bikes out of vehicles
THE THANG: Not so much a bootcamp but cycling for 45 minutes. We all rode 4 laps around the outside of the speedway for a total of 8 miles.
