WARMUP: Mosey to Ridge Road. SSH, Penny Pickers, IST
THE THANG: Basically just a slow mosey around the HRHS and HRMS campus, stopping for various exercises.

The first two rounds were along Ridge Road and consisted of 1 burpee, 20 merkins, 20 squats and 20 LBC’s.

We then ended up at HRMS softball field for some bleacher work: 20 dips, 20 incline merkins and 20 decline merkins. Over to HRMS football field for round two of the bleacher work.

Back to HRHS for another round of 20 merkins, 20 squats and 20 LBC’s.

Over to the loading dock for 20 calf raises.

Around to the back of the school for yet another round of 20 merkins, 20 squats and 20 LBC’s.

Over to the side of the school for a 30 second people’s chair and some air presses.

MARY: Mosey back to the ticket booth for 20 Freddie Mercuries and 20 Squirms. We ended a few minutes early because I was done by then.
