WARMUP: Mosey slip n slide style to the front corner of Teacher lot. SSH and other stuff then Mosey to the Front entrance for some clean concrete and a quick plan to take up 40-ish minutes in such a small spot. Soooo……
THE THANG: 3 exercises – 5, 10, & 15 Reps, then run to teacher lot and back on the safety of the snow covered sidewalk. Thinking we did 4 rounds of that mess with a few that we were in over our heads (AbsOfSteel). Fortunately Clickbait took over for the last round. :slightly_smiling_face: There were squats, Merkins, Incline merkins, LBCs, WWs, WWIIs, SSHs, Step-ups, and a few that I’ve permanently blocked from my memory.
