THE THANG: Let’s go GIRLS time to work the corners of Kannapolis! The money is so good in Kannapolis we had a visitor join us Spaz. First corner, 5 Start Jumps, next corner, 10 merkins, next corner, 15 plank jacks, next corner, 20 ISTs, and last corner 25 Bobby Hurleys.
MARY: We ran an extra half mile back to Mary in front of city hall. Then we stretched for 5 minutes.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Mount Afton (sign up and donate money even if you can not run).
COT: Prayed for the Biffle family, Cupid’s move and Backdraft’s house burning.
