Pre running might have been a bad idea.

The Q rain 6.4 miles in 55 minutes before the Over the Hill run. Oops…legs gave out after mile 3.

WARMUP: As usual there was smack talk, farts and whisper of Toppys greatness.

THE THANG: ran to MLK to bottom and back up past the GEM Theatre and down Hwy 3 down to last round about or Rainbow for the studs. Turn back and head back to AO. Everyone got over 4 good miles with Hill work. Great job fellas!

ANNOUNCEMENTS: all good things come to an end. Current MQ thought the required time was 2 months and not 2 years. :satisfied: So it sounds like ChopSaw may have accepted the challenge to take over. I am sorry fellas but there will still be Toppy sightings once a month possibly.
