Brought out an oldie, but a goodie for the Pax this morning. Cooler temps made for a great morning in the gloom. But Backdraft was there, so it couldn’t be that great.
WARMUP: Mosey to Switzerland for the usual: SSHs, ISTs, HBs, BSNs (with clap since BD was there), WMs
THE THANG: Mosey back to the AO, pick up the two 26.5lb kettlebells and then continue across the street. Pax carrying the bells calls an exercise and then takes off running around the inner loop. The remaining pax perform the exercise and then sprint to catch the carrier. The guy who catches the carrier calls the next exercise. Rinse and repeat. Exercises were rotated through legs, arms and abs (LAA LAA). We completed about 2 miles of sprints with pain stations.
MARY: Got back in time for a little stretching.
