THE THANG: been a minute since we takin the US government’s minimum physical fitness test to be part of the outfit that tries to make you the best that you can be. The APFT. The real one is too intense to spring out of know where so we did a mini version. 1 minute max markin and 1 minute max sit-up. Impressive numbers all around. Pete Hegseth would have been proud.
