WARMUP: warm temps brought shorts and Ts all around but still had to crank it up with some moseying thru the teacher lot using various movement strategies
THE THANG:
Power of the Pyramid. No Ponzi Scheme, just work. See pic below. All pax made it up then down. All pax dug deep as the sweet tunes of a Pandora station inspired by 80s legendS Daryl Hall and John Oats kept the rhythm. That’s right plural..gotta have PB and J to make the sandwich work.
