THE THANG: moseyed to the tennis court for 4 rounds of tennis ball toss. Lunge to the ball. If ball is in the red area, 10 burpees. In the big rectangle, 20 CDD and in small rectangle 10 CDD. Illuminati and Dune nailed it and kept us at 10 CDD but Brinkley and Barnstormer had us doing burpees. Quadrofilia back to start line after each exercises.
Moseyed toward the school for Wounded Bear crawl around one island, moseyed to second island for bear crawl in other direction. Moseyed to school for 3 rounds of Iron Mike Tyson (10,8,6 reps) with mosey to second island between each round. Iron Mike were modified to Aluminum Mike Tyson due to YHC shoulder injury so merkins were replaced with shoulder tap. Moseyed toward roundabout and stopped at rail for 3 rounds of pull ups, Bulgarian squats, and dips (10,8,6). Indian run and passing tennis ball until we get to concrete platforms by apartments . Anyone dropping the ball would result in 5 burpees for everyone. Luckily nobody dropped the ball. We did 3 rounds of power planks, and power squats. Indian run to cul de sac for 3 rounds of pick ups and reverse crunches. Took shortcut thru path in wood back toward soccer fields doing cariocas. Stopped by tennis court entrance for 3 rounds of declined CDD and LBCs. Back to tennis court for 2 rounds of Ocho Cinco. It is figure 8 with 5 burpees in between each figure 8. One more round of tennis ball toss and YHC sucked as bad as Brinkley and Barnstormer . Back to parking lots for Mary.
