16 came together for what was guaranteed to be a good time. I took this week as an Iron Q to leave my last full week mark on the Dawghouse, but after being there all week, the mark was left on me. The love and support I’ve felt from y’all is unmatched. The guys that jumped at the chance to help us move, the ones that were there everyday, the ones that planned a 2nd F after the beatdown, to the ones that showed up at a send off get together… I’m at a loss for words. I can say, the humidity may have caused my eyeballs to sweat a bit, especially after being prayed over. The perks of being an emotional fella, which is no surprise to those that know me well. All I can say is thank you for being more than a workout group, you are all true HIMs! Anyways, enough with the mushy stuff, we did work.

This isn’t goodbye, there’s no way it can be. I’ll make a surprise showing at the Dawghouse, I can guarantee I’d do that, but I’ll have to swing by Afton on Saturdays to do training runs. So you can’t get rid of me that easy. But, in all seriousness, find those men out there that need this, the mark has been left on me. I don’t know what I’d be doing if I hadn’t found you guys. You have helped me be a better leader, person, father, husband and friend. Others need that, others want that, even if they don’t realize it yet. Thank you guys for everything!
