Six Afton PAX weren’t intimidated by the anticipation of another installment of “Farmer & the Dell” on this Saturday AM. YHC called the meeting the order at 0700 and 5 of us mosey’d up the lot only to nearly be run over by the Guinness-mobile screaming into the parking lot :grinning_face_with_one_large_and_one_small_eye:. Guinness joined the rest of us for the lap around the church for the warm-up.

After grabbing a block and partnering-up, instructions were given to accomplish this set of exercises:
*50 Lunges (L+R=1)
*100 Merkins
*150 WW2’s
*200 Body Squats
*250 SSH’s
As one partner started the reps, the other would farmer carry the block from one end of the lot to the other and back… picking up where the partner left off in rep count. Each time a PAX got back for the exchange, 3 burpees were expected… and so on!

YHC called an intermission midway thru and we mosey’d to the church drive-thru for a wall-sit with punches combo… then returned to the blocks to finish the stack.

With about 15 min left in the workout hour, we mosey’d back to the church for more partner fun with block curls and deadlifts, while your partner ran the circle.

YHC asked each PAX to offer an exercise for Mary, and called those words everybody likes to hear at 0759: RECOVER, RECOVER!

Announcements:
-March 21 Happy Hour at Casa de Model T. Stay tuned for specifics. That’s also “Pancake Day” at the Boys & Girls Club. So pancakes followed by beverages with the Afton PAX is a great combo!
-Stay tuned for an CCM property beautification project coming soon…

Prayers/Praises:
-For guidance and discernment for Guinness and his M
-Praise for Iron City’s mom on positive recovery
-Praise for Bravo’s Dads strength and prayers for his Grandma on a recent fall
-Prayer for yellowcake’s M on her recovery
-Prayer & praise for Buck’s middle child + family as they move into a new place

Always appreciate the chance to lead, men. Make it a great day!
