THE THANG: YHC pulled out a kettlebell workout cardboard Weinke from the storage area. Pic in the comments. There were 5 sets of routines, each with 3 reps each. The first round was 15 each, second round 10 each, then 5 reps. After each routine we took a lap around the pick-up lane.
MARY: Prayers for all of those struggling as the holiday season begins. Nick’s continued healing from hernia surgery.
