0530 rolled around and 9 PAX were ready to roll on a low-40’s, crisp morning on the Summit! A quick stroll up the hill with a few line to line exercises and a circle of the normal warm up drills to get the blood pumping.  YHC encouraged all to grab a block and circuit instructions. All PAX followed YHC’s countdown on the phone and knocked out 1 min of each  exercise of these circuits:

Circuit 3 (see photo)
-1 big lap around the church

With 2 minutes to spare, three Mary exercises ensued and YHC called RECOVER… RECOVER!
