YHC called the meeting to order at 0530 and had 9 (6 fleet-footed & 3-flat footed) able bodied PAX ready to roll.  

The 3 veteran Ruckers took off with with a solid plan and came back in one piece 45 min later, despite @iron city!

The 6 runners took off with YHC’s instructions to make a 1.75 mile loop around McGill, Food Lion, Sams car wash, the Charter School and finally to the intersection at the Wine room. After partnering up, one partner went left and other went right around the gazebo loop (lower Mt Afton Mile) and fist bumped your cohort one you met on the opposite side. REPEATO for a couple laps, then switch directions. Runners reversed their 1.75 mi route and finished back at McGill at 0615.
