THE THANG: KB never leaves your hand. Did multiple exercise with 12 reps on one side of parking lot then carried KB across parking lot. Each exercise were done 3 times. We suitcase carried, overhead carried, or chest carried the KB actions parking lot. We also lunges wales across parking lot 6 times. The exercises were: curls, squats, bent over rows, chest press, KB swing, skull crushers, up right rows, squat thrusters, lawn mowers, lunges, outhouse curls, shoulder press
