Even though everyone but the Q didn’t want to run, we all ran!

1st lap was a ladder of merkins, lunges, squats, and LBCs, 10, 20, 30, 40 respectively. 2nd lap was single with 10 merkins, 20 CDDs, 30 squat jumps, and 40 WWIIs. @Snowsuit modified the WWIIs to LBCs.

We ended with burpees and a mosey back to the lot for mary and COT.

We prayed for @Brinkley and family, @Poutine, and @Greek and family.
