WARMUP: SSH x10, Toy Soliders x10, Penny Pickers x10, Hillbillies x10, Arm Circles and Phelps

THE THANG: 5 exercises, sets of 15 then 10 then 5 reps with a trip around the car rider loop between sets.

– Step-ups
– Derkins
– Split Squats
– Elevated Glute Bridges (or the wife pleaser as coined by @loveboat)
– Dips

5 minute MEALS 1 minute on, 10 second rest (enough time to move to the next ready position)

– Merkins
– Elbow to Knee (30 sec in plank, 30 sec on your six)
– Atomic Crunches
– Lunges (alternating or 30 sec each side)
– Side Straddle Hops

Mosey to the parking lot for gassers. 2 lines up 2 Burpees, back pedal 1 line 10 SSH, repeat until the end of the lot

Repeat gassers back, swapping burpees for 5 Squats and SSH for Monkey Humpers
