3 pax showed up to learn the busboy shuffle. As highschooler, I had the experience of bussing and dishwashing at a seafood restaurant for 2 years. It taught me a lot and made me smell like a filet-O-fish sandwich. Couldn’t resist the urge to do something with the railroad plates piled up near the power plant, so I thought that the concept of hauling around plates (albeit 23 lbs each) was reminisce of my old job (sans the smell of fried fish).
Warmup – Cover .5 mile jog to the plates

The thang: Stack two railroad plates and visit each side of the power plant bldg to carry out two exercises:

Curls 3 sets of 20
Merkins 3 sets of 20

Squats 3 sets of 20
Mason Twist 3 sets of 20

Calf Raise 3 sets of 20
Lateral Rows 3 sets of 20

Military Press 3 sets of 20
Wall Hammies 3 sets of 20

Lunge back to the plate pile to dump plates

Moleskins –
We don’t do much with that piece of K-Town so it was nice to see a new piece of the AO.
2 plates is a little more than YHC can handle, but good fit for rest of pax as God gave them the brawns and YHC the brains.
SOMEONE in K-Town cleared out our local stash of equipment(?) under the stairwell. Guess we need to let equipment lie where we find it rather than gather it up and store it. SO the plates will just need to stay in their piles. No one seems to bother them there.
