Circuit as below:
Station 1 – Bottom of hill at CC – 10 burpees
Station 2 – Top of stairs at CC – 10 corekillers
Station 3 – Bottom of old deck – 10 star jumps
Station 4 – Top of old deck – 10 mike tysons
Reduce by one each round.

Great group. Great weather. Groans of disapproval as thumbs were in full use. Lots of jokes and sweat. The previous night’s presidential masterclass in, “i know you are but what am I” was the main topic of discussion. Like two old angry men trying to send back soup in a deli. I’m sure there’s much more to report, but it’s 5 PM EST as I type this and I want to go home….that said….no better way to start the day mi amigos.
