12 Strong for a little football at #TheRailyard. Not sure who would be around or what the weather would be this morning, YHC figured the lure of football would bring out some folks that would rather sack the QB than let the #fartsack win.

A little mosey to the football field, some SSH, Windmills, IST, and arm circles and it was on… dark colored shirts against lighter colored shirts.

If your team scores, do 10 mericans. If your teams got scored on, 5 burpees.

We’ll just leave it at one team did more mericans and the other did more burpees. Lots of laughs, some decent throws and catches, some drops, tip drills, almost an amazing kickoff return, and a grown man pushing down an 11 year old.
