Over the weekend Flip Phone reached out to the Dawg House and the Burg looking for a White Lightning Q.  It had been a while since YHC had grabbed the reins at White Lightning, so I took him up on the offer.  I expected the usual mixing of Burg and Dawg House pax, but as the 5:30 approached it was all Dawgs.

Figuring the Burg pax must all be skeered, the pax rolled out to take care of the mornings business.  Just as we were about to jump into warm up some headlights could be seen rolling in.  Was it another Dawg?  or Was atleast one Burg pax ready to man up?  It was none other than Dick Tracy that had rolled in trying to save the Burgs reputation.

The pax made Dick Tracy an honorary Dawg and we moved on to the business at hand.  It went something like this.

Tubthumping – PAX does Squats until “I get knocked down, but I get up again” then PAX does a Burpee (28 burpes but felt like a lot more)

• Leg Skip – 10 Merkins and same coming back
• Extended Leg Skip – 10 Diamond Merkins and same coming back

• Carioca across – 10 Merkins and same coming back
• Quick Feet (on ball of feet) – 10 Squats and same coming back
• Double leg Bounce – 10 Merkin and same back
• Single leg Bounce – 10 Diamond release and Other leg back
• Forward Lunge – 10 hand release and same back
• Side Lunge – 10 RLBC and same back
• Bear crawl and crab walk to line – 10 WWII’s.  Same coming back.
