15 MECA PAX, escaped the grip of the #Fartsack to stop, stretch and roll.

We stood, then kneeled, then laid down, then on our six and finally all the way on our back.

To be honest, it comes as to me as I am doing it and is gone once I do it.  It’s easier to recall a beatdown cause I have to plan it.
