13 PAX came out to one of the last bootcamps for Comanche in 2017. Good representation from neighboring AOs made the gloom feel like a family dinner on Christmas Day. Mumble chatter was abound along with a little crop dusting (just giving a summary @The_Farm, not calling you out or anything). As dancing bears and crab cakes started our day, bear crawls and monkey humpers saw us through. Some confusion set in as we started the Thang. Complex directions at 530 in the morning is not a good combination; and we’re all still wondering why we had to partner up….. For the finale the PAX were introduced to a new exercise called The Manatee, though rumor has it most just watched while the Q and a few others actually tried to do it. Regardless, we were all sea cows by the end of the beatdown. Today is 12/21, so YHC had to put the date to good use.

Run the remainder of the loop to starting position
Monkey Humpers start at 2

The other partner starts with Monkey Humpers at 20 reps
Runs the far side of the loop to flag poles
Bear Crawl the remainder to Dodo Bird station
Dodo Bird at 2 reps

Mosey to return bricks then back to the parking lot for Mary

MOLESKIN

– Prayers to F3 family members as they go through injury and illness. May they recover and return to full health in 2018.
– Prayers to all families, F3 and military, deployed or not, so that they are watched over during our travels this time of year.
– The Joint tomorrow for a relaxing Broga end to a hard week. Looking forward to representatives from other AOs to share in the stretch.
– Still waiting for those fartsackers out there to come back. Today’s weather was perfect at 47 degrees and 97% humidity according to the Weather Channel, with only shorts and maybe 1-3 layers needed depending on how much natural insulation you’ve got.
– Calorie burn should’ve been in the 400-500 range.
