Enter the Iron Q
All Harrisburg BackblastsDecember 11th, 2017
The Men of Harrisburg have issued a new challenge. Any PAX member, who deems himself worthy, can step up and lead all workouts for the week (Wed and Friday are Q’s choice). At the end of the week, they are given the title Iron Q, and will retain it until another PAX member completes the challenge.
Today, 8 men braved the Frosty Gloom to see what YHC had in store for Day 1.

- I guess the #DawgHouse regulars are afraid of a little cold weather. @Talladega took notice.
