Ladder:

Indian Run to gate at Plaza Rd Ext

Indian Run back to  bus parking lot

Mosey to playground for Ladder:

• Pullups 10-8-6-4-2
• Jump Squats 2-4-6-8-10

To the Wall:

• People’s Chair (1 minute)
• Donkey Kicks (20)

Back to the Abyss Bench for Ladder:

Mosey to the ‘deck that never ends’ at the mobile classrooms

Lunge walk (most of the deck)

Extended Mosey through west parking lot and entrance drive to Mary in east parking lot

Sid Viscious – glad you checked out District7 … you gotta admit, if you do them right, the abyss is one tough merkin … maybe too tough for @Clueless?
