Murph-day Monday!
All All MECA BackblastsApril 25th, 2016
A lucky number 13 #MECA men challenged themselves to the #EndofMonthMurph and pushed themselves to be better than they were last month, while gaining inspiration and celebrating the life of fallen Navy Seal Lt Michael Murphy.
The Thang:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 mericans
300 air squats
1 mile run
Mary: (not sure what happened before YHC got there), but I enjoyed: Reverse Crunch, Low Dolly, Pretzel Crunch, and W.
