Run over to some random hill
While we wait for others to join perform the following:

SSH x20
Windmill x15
Cotton Picker x15
IST x15

The Vern (modified):
Carolina Dry Docks x10 & Air Press x10 (no pull up bars so this is the substitute)
Run up the hill and back down
Merkins x20
Run up the hill and back down
LBC x30
Run up the hill and back down

That is 1 round – do as many as you can in the allotted time

Run back to homebase for MARY:
Low Dolly
Low Dolly – stabilized Left leg then Right leg
Low Flutter
Low Flutter – stabilized Left leg then Right leg
