- Always an honor to lead you men. I had a lot of fun out there this morning with some of our Skywalker neighbors (Grinder and Genie) and FNG’s (Sourdough, Palin, Slim Sour, and Jaime). I’d like to see some more Q rotation. Maybe we can find a Q School for some of you who’ve never Q’d and for some of us who have Q’d, but never learned how to do it correctly (YHC).

Well done @Sparknut! Textbook F3 workout – simple, effective and an arse kicker! And this one kept all the PAX together as well!
Great to have this number out today and all the recent FNGs/Former FNGs. @Wrecking Ball – great to see you again!
Here’s the link to the Stride for Shiny 5k taking place on the Greenway (Our Greenway!) 4-23-16 http://coxmillathletics.org/2016/01/28/first-annual-stride-for-shiny-5k/
@Marie Calendar – Thanks for thanking me for pushing you but I was really just trying to keep Palin from lapping us!!
Strong lead today @Sparknut, definitely glad I posted. It was good seeing some old and new faces over there. I’ll be back soon.
Well done, Sparknut. The school kids might be doing abyss merkins as I think we left the tables in that position. Future Stoners! Good showing today, nice having the Skywalker PAX join us, at the flat lands.
Hey, We DO have a hill! (it’s just on the other side of the fence)
I am still sore from the abyss merkins.
