  1. Thank you for the opportunity to LEAD

  2. No improvement but I haven’t fallen off either. I’ll take consistent.

    1. #HaterTalk

      1. Are you motivated? #oprahbomb

  3. Kinda big talk for someone (@SoloCup) who’s fallen off by 16% from Jan & 23% from December? Maybe it’s a pyramid from June to Feb? McColl Jr, I got your back!!

    1. I am definitely falling off a bit, but the only measurement that counts is average laps over a designated timeline that I specify.

It’s been a long time since June for your 2.25 laps. We need to get you back out to see how well Tradition is doing at bulking you up.

      1. That sound rigged as usual!

Traditionalists rock! Just don’t ask us to run far!

        1. Shorter laps and no Burpees. Even @BanjoBoy could break 3 on that course.

          1. ………..the only measurement that counts is average laps over a designated timeline that I specify.

          2. Maybe you could too, @solocup… I’m still not convinced of your reps this morning.

          3. You only have to count the merkins where your elbows bend just past a 60 degree angle.

          4. Hate I missed the workout this morning, but this is well worth the visit to the page!

          5. So are we going to have to have a demonstration of each exercise done correctly now as well as the explanation of how the laps are counted?

  4. As always thanks for the lead Solo. I never get tired of hearing the lap scoring explanation every time.
Missed my ruck brothers @Schedule C and @Gamma.
