A few hills and a FNG…I mean Belding sighting
All All MECA BackblastsFebruary 6th, 2016
This morning brought back what felt like February weather…cold. As we at Tradition are trying to put together the very first Tradition BRR team, it is time to to start training nonetheless! So YHC came up with a route that took advantage of the very limited amount of hills that we have around our AO and we took them on head on!
Right onto Prosperity
Left onto Katelyn
Right onto Silvermere onto the Greenway
Come up to Fairlea for big hills numero uno!
Strong work here by @Buckwheat who is turning into a runner and @Innkeeper who is coming back from his time off and is going to be a part of the BRR once he figures out how to tell his M that she isn’t the one who is running it…
Right onto prosperity and Q Audible to continue to White Cascade (We were going to go back into Wellington but timing and distance seemed to lean to just heading straight to the DIRTY ROLLER COASTER!!!)
Right onto White Cascade
Left onto Armitage for the DIRTY ROLLER COASTER (For those who haven’t ever run this before…its called the DIRTY ROLLER COASTER for a reason!)
Turn around in the cul-de-sac of Armitage and head back up! It takes a lot to make it up this part and everyone killed it! @GentleGrizzly, @TrailMix, @FNG Eric FKA Mr. Belding FKA FNG Eric, and @HotWheels lead the charge on this part!
Right on White Cascade
Left back to the AO
COT
The Sweaty Moleskin
-A lot of great 2ndF today and strong work by everyone out there!
-Tclaps to @Dingo for staying with the 6 for most of the run….wait….was that intentional??????
-Always great to see guys turning back and bringing up their brothers and helping to make them stronger! We all have needed help at the 6 before and when we don’t anymore, its always our job to return the favor! Everyone was coming back today and its a great part of F3!
-Our Tradition BRR team still needs a few more runners so don’t think about it, just do it! It will be one of the best experiences of your life and I for one can’t wait to conquer it with my F3 brothers! Send an email to f3tradition@gmail.com if you are interested!

Haha! Yes, I owe a lot to the men who stayed back with me when I started running! This is my way of paying it forward! Buckwheat has come a long way since he started in this adventure! And will not be the 6 for much longer!
Aye. Thanks Dingo, Coyote et. all for not leaving me in the dust. Definitely wouldn’t be running anything more than a mile if t wasn’t for my F3 brothers! Progress is being made, but my fartsack hiatus the past week and a half set me back a little bit this morning. Will #keeppounding. GO PANTHERS!
