THE THANG: Head to train station parking lot for various beatdown exercises. No real pattern, but had to keep moving. Utilized the entire length of the parking lot to do Cocaine Bear Crawls, Bear crawls, squats, front lunges, side lunges, merkins, LBC’s, WW2’s, Pretzel crunches and suicides run full parking lot. YHC has learned schnitzel is the only who will show for a possible fist fight so boo to the rest of you! Kidding of course. Train station lot is getting a little too busy… may have to migrate to another lot. No honking allowed
