MOLEKSIN: The Make Showing Up To Workouts Great Again campaign can be called a success as Vespa was not there by himself again. Strong work today. Great to see Remy back out testing the ankle during a BD. Also great to see Manwich out for a BD, it’s been a while. MC was unfashionably late per usual. Nobody took QIC up on the offer to run or ruck. While still hot as balls, not nearly as bad and as humid as it has been. Great way to launch ourselves into the weekend!
