No Katniss or f3flea but we were blessed to see Night Vision and Phidip this morning.
WARMUP: Mosey to the cheese grater parking lot for high knees and quadraphilia on the parking lot lines then circle up for SSHs, ISTs, Hillbillies, and BSNs.
THE THANG: Mosey to Power Hill for Thing 1. Do a lap of the hill always facing the sun then do 10 merkins facing uphill. Do another lap, 10 merkins sideways on hill. Repeat with facing downhill and then the other sideways. Repeat all of this with squats. Total of 8 laps and hitting different angles on the chest and legs.
Mosey to Shangri-la for Thing 2. Ladder of Ws and LBCs.
Mosey to the Stadium for Thing 3. Get some water from the fountain, then sit in a bunch of stadium chairs. Low on time, so we only did every other row. Mosey back to the AO for Mary.
MARY: Stretches and such.

COT: Prayers for Dillion and his family dealing with the loss of his dad.

It was great to see everyone this morning. Phidip kept SirTopEm and Night Vision pushing hard. He then left for 5 more miles, because he’s a beast. Cuckoo is coming along nicely and will be leading us around in the not too distant future. Stay cool everyone.
