WARMUP: mosey to HRMS bday rock for the usual
THE THANG: head to Marquette. A street in Moss Creek as well as the #2 seed in the South region who takes on the WKY Hilltoppers on Friday evening. The street always wins in a RS beatdown and let’s hope the Golden Eagles do the same for my bracket’s sake. Mosey on down the street to the hill. Stop at each light for merkins/squats c 10. Get to the choppa hill for a merkin/Bobby Hurley ladder by 2s. Fellowship walk after a Macgruber 10 count in Africans. We weren’t sure if it was German based, Dutch based or he just had some congestion.
Twisting lunge walk down the GW to the party shelter. 6 man bench shoulder press x 20. Partner up and Dora style. Run to bridge and back. Round 1..100 LBC. Round 2..plank
Mosey to burpee bench and pay the 3 burpee toll. Head to near side of long bridge for some additional lunge walking. 15 CDD to catch us up and then to MH hill. Solid 30 IC with varying speed to catch some folks on their way to work but still no love.
