A brisk morning saw 7 arrive via sleigh (actually car) and one a tad bit tardy on foot (he went over the river and through the snow…figuratively) for the second annual PoxBox pre Christmas cheer workout with eggnog. It was clear that for all Pax not named @1stDate the eggnog was the main motivation for getting up in the gloom.

WARMUP: Pox led PVC and assorted warmup exercises.

@jimmybuffet made a surprise appearance hoping to make it intime for some stretching and eggnog, however this WOD was a real burner and the Pax worked hard today for their holiday cheer. Coffee, nog, and nuts were enjoyed by all.
