THE THANG: Back to ground floor. Death by core. 5 exercises performed, 1 at each turn of the deck until reaching floor 3. Exercises: WWIIs, V-Ups, Freddie Mercs IC, LBCs IC, Mountain Climbers IC. First round started with reps of 5, increased by 5 each round until 25 reps. Finished with a little peoples q, one of the pax would call out an exercise for the rest to do while they ran up 1 floor and down the stairs as the timer. All did this once bringing us to 0615.
