Only 4 posted to break in the new kitty litter kettle bells, but these men would not be frightened off by the fear of pain.

Containers are filled with sand (and a couple cups of kitty litter to hold the moisture) and weigh approx 25-30 lbs.

Grab a container and jog to “the hill” (the only hill in the NCRC area with the electric tower on it)

Jog back to Mary.

Finish off with some broga stretching.
