The watch buzzed with a Slack notification at 7:11 pm, the night before his Q. All YHC could see at a quick glance was Wexler, something, something, Dr. Lecter, beatdown, hippocratic oath. What did that say? “Word on the street is that @Dr. Lecter s white lightning beat down tomorrow is going to be so tough, he is worried he may break his Hippocratic Oath!” Oh no, how could YHC possibly live up to that kind of pressure? Well, the first thing to do was scrap that workout he had cobbled together from Shape and Cosmo and find something worthy of the 9 HIM who would show up at White Lightning. Fortunately, YHC is not an MD, thus never took the Hippocratic Oath and did not have to worry about being responsible for harming his fellow PAX. Here’s what they did.

WWII – Count up to 20, increasing by 2 each time
