Warm-Up: Mosey to first lot – high knees, butt-kickers, karaoke upon arrival
COP:
SSH x 20 IC
IST x 15 IC
Cotton-Pickers x 10 IC

The THANG:
Snake it up from the bottom lot back to the top, partner style.
Partner up and one jog to the top lot while the other completes the exercise. Tag your partner upon return and take over from their spot until rotate is called.
Bottom Lot: Broad-Jump Burpees
2nd Lot: Bear Crawl
3rd Lot: Lt. Dans (single count)
4th Lot: Lt. Dans (single count) with a burpee
Arrive at the top to find more pain. Grab a rock or block and complete 20 rows and 10 Iron-Cross Squats
Mosey to side lot for core work.

Lightning Round: Each pair complete one run and one exercise turn, starting back at the bottom. All Pax completed the challenge and we finished with 5 Lt. Dan burpees all together with your partner

Moleskin: Got to say, I think each Q is getting better. Maybe the 3rd time is the charm??!! Very pleased with the commitment and constant motion from everyone. This is an “at your/your partner pace” challenge but no one wanted to get shown up too bad! Solid burn for the legs and back and little burn in the arms. Overall, everyone seemed pleased. Really glad to see “Fresh Cut” back out there and barely missing a beat. It’s been great to get a few “new” guys back and continue to be impressed with Nails, Popeye, and Spud’s progress. Two things I do know, Jesus is forever King and on the throne and Frostbite may tell you he has to drop a deuce but will still be leading the Pax. He’s a machine; a pooping machine, but a machine none the less. Fire Chicken brought it strong as well, even at slightly less than 100%. I don’t say it enough but for our RESPECT guys, you all amaze me. Hipbone and I partnered and he was non-stop. Skinner, TP, and Indy bring it all the time. Much RESPECT!

Prayers for Goonie and his family with our Savior taking his mom to her Eternal Home. Knowing she’s having the time of her life but know it hurts down here. Keep praying for those affected by hurricanes, Frostbite’s cousin Adam, and all those battling that crappy cancer!
