At 6:58, it looked like @Exit54 and @Clueless form tackling drills was the only football activity getting done today. One on one two-hand-touch football would’ve been pretty awkward. Luckily, the headlights started rolling in.

9 Strong to start the year off right. Jan 1st is full of some big bowl games not listed in actual bowl games in the title above. In Harrisburg, the TooManyGroceryAutoPartsBankBranch Bowl is the main event. By the way… word has it, the new Publix will have an Auto Parts counter where you can open a Bank Acct within… #MindBlown.

Quite a bit of running (and burpees) when playing 5 on 4.

Main event notables:

• @AstroVan has a laser arm and a strong farm system in the works. Me thinks he’ll be back for a corner fade redemption…
• @Caravan is solid possession receiver and a tenacious pass rusher… just ask @Tumbler
• @TownAndCountry has wheels. Though one got a little deflated on the first play of the game, he powered through it for some outstanding catches and defensive plays
• @Tumbler still has hops… just ask @AstroVan… @Tumbler is always there… just ask @TownAndCountry… @Tumbler is sackable… just ask @Caravan
• @Wexler, when he wasn’t getting picked or picking himself or calling for everyone to pick was all over the field. Trips left actually means to get tripped as a diversion… #WhoKnew. Made an outstanding defensive play on 4th and 1 that stopped a TD
• @WexlerBro (who just started running again after a 7 year layoff) showed glimpses of greatness. Some solid crossing route catches for big gains. Thanks for coming out.
• @BurVegas was lights out at QB… touch passes, bombs, corner routes… he hit them all. He’ll have to answer to his receiving coach and QB for the #BackPedalToNowhere
• @Exit54, who played left-handed out of fairness to others (or maybe he really is left-handed), also went gloveless. Gets the #MostTimeOnGround award after all-out efforts… or for wearing #HokaNoCleats

COT – Continued prayers for @Wexler’s mom and her battle. New Year’s resolutions can be a positive thing… good luck to all w/ goals. Strive to always be the best version of yourself.
