14 came out to take on The Precinct’s monthly AMRAP. The Academy is a FULL body, you-vs-you challenge which will give you a tour of some the best our AO has to offer while working close with your brothers.

0530 – Launch from Prisoner Check-in for The Farmlands run, then back up again and enter The Cell Block for The AMRAP Gauntlet (signs posted at each station)…

  1. 10 Burpees at the Gate, run forward…
  2. 20 Cinder Block Curls, run diagonal…
  3. 10 Tire Flips, run forward…
  4. 20 Cinder Block Triceps Extensions, run to the Gun Range…
  5. 10 Pull-ups, run to the Great Wall…
  6. 10 Muscle-ups, over the wall and down to sidewalk…
  7. Bear Crawls from pole-to-pole, back around the Cell Block to the Gate.

Once you make it back to the Gate, that’s one round. Rinse and Repeat #1-7 AMRAP until time called at 0605.

Blocks and tires back, then log your laps – x.1, x.2, x.3, x.4, x.5, x.6, x.7 – where “x” denotes the number of full rounds and then you add the last station completed (#1-7). Monthly totals are kept HERE as a benchmark.

    Nice pre-running with you for about half a mile, @Dumbledore.

    I’ve been wondering… what is the image or object or whatever at the top of some of your posts @ManDown? It just shows up as a blank box with a grey circle in the middle with a – in it. I remember the last Precinct you had a pic of all of us up, and after a day that one turned into that for me (on multiple computers and my phone) and all your other posts that’s all I see as well. Is it some logo you’ve got hosted on google that is somehow getting unshared after being viewed a few times or something….?

      Yeah, I had an AWESOME Academy graphic there. Shows up for me (even when I’m logged out), but doesn’t seem to work for everyone. So alas, I removed it. Sigh.

    Thank you all for the welcome. It is good to be back. Thanks MD for setting that up it was a lot of fun with so many guys.

    I love talking about what God is doing in Uganda and free anytime to do so.
