13 pax converged on Reedy Creek Park for the first ever beatdown at the AO. Here’s how we smoked ourselves.

Warmup

Mosey around the parking lot to the playground.

• SSH x20
• Imperial Walker x15
• Windmill x15
• Hillbilly x15
• Merkin x10
• 3 Levels Plank, Side Plank w/leg lifts R/L
• Mountain Climber x10
• 5 Burpees OYO

The Thang

Three rounds of the following:

• 5 Pull ups
• 10 Merkins
• 20 Dips
• 30 LBC

Mosey past the cricket match to the disc golf course.

Run to the other end of the disc golf course trail and keep coming back to the six until all pax arrive at the picnic shelter.

• 20 Step-ups each leg OYO

Run back to the cricket match, then back to the picnic shelter.

Mosey to the bottom of the hill near the pond. Turn around and face up the hill towards the playground.

• Bear Crawl until failure.
• Crab Walk until failure.
• Lunge Walk until the swing sets.
• Swerkins x10
• 5 Burpees OYO

Mosey to the return trail head.

Run the trail back to the parking lot and keep coming back to the six until all pax arrive at the big picnic shelter.

Mosey across the baseball field to the hill.

• Quadraphelia until all pax have had the opportunity to experience the steep side of the hill.

Mosey to the basketball court for COT.

Moleskin

1. T-claps to the F3 Mint Hill pax and @ONJ from F3 Tradition for coming out to support our launch of this AO.  We are stronger because of each other.
2. Welcome @To Go.  I bet you had no idea you would be doing this in America when you left Togo, Africa.  We are glad to have you. T-claps to @Gridiron for EHing a pax on his second post.
3. Cotters to @Dr. Doolittle.  We are glad to have you back out there with us.
4. T-claps to @Drop Thrill for coming up with The Smokehouse for the name of this AO.  We had contemplated some names related to the remains of the old Robinson Rock house in the nature preserve, but upon hearing of my exploratory run of the park, Drop Thrill came up with a winning name.  See, the smell of marijuana is difficult to miss and escape all throughout the disc golf course in the late afternoon.
5. Cobains that we ran out of time and could not do suicides on the basketball court.
6. In the words of Sheldon Cooper “I’m not crazy, my mom had me tested.”
