YHC saw that his watch said 5:30 and the temperature was 23 so as Gamma said it is under 50 twice so YHC gets to count this workout twice.

L on Main back to AO to meet Warrior One for COT

Moleskin

  1. YHC learned that he is not that great of a shepherd as the Pax got pretty spread out today.  Thanks to all the Speedies (Swami, Nautilus, UCB, Strapless, Casper) for self leading through Valhalla.
  2. Speedies went around 6 miles and Remainders clocked in at right at 4.5 miles.
  3. YHC has not led in a long time so it was fun to get back out and lead a great group of men.  That showed as we took off with no disclaimer except me yelling we are not smart for being out here in the cold.  Obviously my loathing for cold weather would have kept me indoors today if I had not been the Q so God knew what I needed and knew I needed strong men like the Pax to continue to motivate me.
  4. Have a great Wednesday and come out for happy hour tonight for some brotherly F2.
  5. Still need a few runners for BRR2016.  Not a runner = excuse.  I’m not a runner either but am “running” it.  This is just as much about F2 as F1.

    Signing up to Q back when it was 70 degrees didn’t sound too bad, eh? All joking aside tclaps for stepping out of your comfort zone. Your hatred for the cold is legendary but you pushed through when it mattered.

    That goes for everybody else who hasn’t signed up yet too. I promise 3am in September in BFE Virginia is warmer than it was this morning. Especially when you’re spooning in the van with Starsky.

    I liked the split run/walk at times for me(haha) @starsky nice Job!! @Gapper as far as the BRR I’m gonna have to skip out on that. But definitely something that could be possible for me in the future just not quite ready…..

    Thanks @Starsky for the lead on this cold day. Gamma and OCB were in shorts so it must not have been cold for them. I noticed you called me a WB. Thanks for the compliment. (But there goes all my respect.)
