23 men busted out of the Black Mountain FartSack and embraced the warmer than expected weather! Out of 110 men at the RealLife retreat, 23 of them are now F3 addicts. Just 2 years ago there were only 4 of us brave enough to take on the mountain! Tomorrow we expect to have larger numbers!
we did a bunch of stuff on the side of Black Mountain. But finished it with the dreaded burpee/stair/mountain climb! Ending up on the front porch of Lee Hall! Watching the sunrise with some gorgeous views is a great way to start the day and appreciate our Creators handiwork!

Thanks so much for Qing @Dingo and @Man Down (on Sunday). It was great to workout with you guys for the first time in two months although my muscles were not so thankful. Also welcome to the 4 new FNGs over the two workouts, stick with it and it will pay dividends!
