WARMUP: Avoided the fuzz
THE THANG: Ruckers rucked. Runners were able to get a good lap around the inner loop for warm up. Came back to the parking deck to commence the real fun and good grief was it muggy! 30 second sprint up to door 2, down the stairs for 60 second rest. Repeato 10 times and hit the inner loop again for a 2 mile…ish cool down. Some slight mods to make it back to Mary.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Brolympics in October. Saturday 24th or 31st…tbd. Let’s try to get the Q’s filled up. Committing to 1 per month would be a great way to do it. Forgot to look at the dates in August for F3 group launch at Multiply. Will post seperately.
