Happy Half Christmas! In less than 6 months, Christmas cheer will abound, but why wait!? It’s never too early to get ready. In fact, I challenge you to keep this spirit going until the big day.

On this appropriately cooler morning, while doing a 12 days of Christmas themed beatdown we enjoyed Christmas tunes. YHC even cracked out both speakers to make sure the spirit of Christmas could be felt far and wide!

Christmas just isn’t the same without little ones, so we were fortunate to have four 2.0s to join us. YHC even lent one out to Pavarotti for partner squats, you’re welcome.

It was a fun and sucky way to start the weekend. I’m grateful for those that showed up for day 12, there’s only one more day. Come join the last day of the MEGA Q. The Valley, launching from Stonebridge Church for a Monday morning run. There’s a 4.5 and a 3 mile route, so pick your pain.
